Live, online, interactive project manager training, complete with e-learning with learning materials, templates and online support after the training.

Project management skills for those who want to start their career as a project manager and for those who have been working as a project manager for some time but want to broaden their knowledge and professional horizons.

In a total of 7 sessions (28 hours), I will provide you with 30 years of experience and knowledge that can be immediately put into practice, both nationally and internationally. The topics will cover the whole life cycle of project start-up, planning, implementation and closure, the tasks to be undertaken and the tasks to be completed.

At the end of the course, all participants will receive a certificate, which they can use to apply for project management jobs in their home country or abroad.

After completing the course, the online e-learning system will remain available for 3 months to download document templates and additional information.

After completing the training, you will have the opportunity to participate in the mentoring programme, where I offer individual or group consultations, the first two sessions of which are free of charge for all participants.
